Nneka is a wellness practitioner, movement coach, and space-holder dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels supportive, intentional, and real. With a background in B.S. Athletic Training, a 500-hour Ayurvedic certification, and ongoing graduate studies in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, her approach blends science, holistic practice, and lived experience.

Her work is rooted in creating safe, affirming spaces — especially for underrepresented communities — where healing is approached with care, curiosity, and respect for the individual journey. 🌿
