International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re actively working on expanding this—stay tuned.

All orders are shipped from our studio located in Central New Jersey, USA.
All prices are listed in USD ($).

Processing & Delivery Time

Because each item is made to order, please allow:

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery: 1–2 weeks

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Delays

While many packages arrive earlier than expected, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote delivery locations

If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of purchase, please contact us. We will gladly assist with a reshipment or refund when applicable.

Delivery Timing for Gifts & Special Dates

If you are purchasing for a holiday, event, or specific date, we recommend ordering in advance.

While we do our best to fulfill and ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in transit with the carrier.
